A much-loved traditional beach hut at Brackenbury Cliffs, Felixstowe, back row. I repainted the hut last year so it is in excellent condition. The hut has internal sliding glass doors and a rear door so you can sit inside and see the view when the weather is bad, or sit on the grass bank at the back. The hut comes complete with circular table, directors chairs, Ikea parasol, hob, crockery, cutlery, inflatable boat, wind break, buckets and spades, swingball, badminton set and other games for playing on the large open area at the top of the cliff. We have loved our beach hut for 10 years now, but the children have grown out of it and want to travel - so we need the money. If you would like to own this gem, please contact me. £6,500 ono.
