lovely beach hut for sale at Brackenbury

We are looking to sell our beach hut at Brackenbury, its located at the top of the cliff near the tap,cafe,toilet and park. Its recently been repainted dark blue and is only about four years old. It is insulated and painted inside and we could sell the contents with the hut. It has a cooker,storage benches,kettle etc etc. Our family have loved the hut and its a great place to spend quiet days by the sae.The ground rent is £350 a year which can be paid monthly via direct debit over 6 months.
