Looking for Basic BEACH HUT - Old felixstowe or Brackenbury erea

Hi ..
I am looking to re-live with my daighter my fond memories as a child of many happy days at felixstowe, at "the Beach hut" ..

I only have a small budget, so looking for a hut at old felixstowe end or (i think it's called .. Brackenbury area) .. Will look to paint and decorate etc , so looking for a basic hut .. anyone who is looking to sell and wants to know that their huut will be much loved please email me ..
