Felixstowe the docks etc.

I have just been told (by a little bird) that the Docks at Felixstowe is up for sale - yes, you read it right, FOR SALE. watch this space! But then again if I was soon to face a massive compensation bill to replace the Felixstowe sea front I would want out too!. There IS no doubt that the dredging has caused the collapse of the front; there is no doubt that the fact the docks co. are bringing in bigger ships - and want even bigger ships - will result in even deeper channels - thus more dredging - and more sea front loss.
Why has the council bought back the town hall they gave away? more incompetance?
Why will said council not tell anyone how much they got for the Herman de Stern; how much is left? Come on you rogues in the cuncil, that money is Felixtowes, we demand to know.
And to the gent who 'slagged me off' last week; OK, I don't live in Felixstowe, but I have two businesses here and I probably pay more rates and taxes than several residents put together. If THAT doesn't give me the right to moan I don't kow what does! Buy my book ( if the publisher ever turns up!) WANDER THROUGH THE WINDMILLS! Jim Adams
